How can I schedule service?

There are a number of ways to schedule service!  The easiest is to fill out a ticket in our system and we can get back to you ASAP.  If you like talking to a person about the services that you are looking for, feel free to give us a call at 608.571.4233.  You can also email us at support@mythgard.com!

How long does on site service usually take?

There is no typical on site service call as each case is as different as the people that we help.  For most jobs, we aim for no more than 1-2 hours.  If it is going to take longer, we can take the device back to our shop and contact you when service is completed, usually less than 2 business days.

What if you can't fix it?

Mythgard Enterprises always strives to provide a complete solution for our customers.  In the unlikely event that we cannot meet your particular need, we will refund 100% of your money, guaranteed!

Can I drop off my device?

Yes, you can let us know that you would like to drop off your device and we will arrange a time that works for you.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we do!  If you heard about us from someone else, you can get a discount when you mention their name!  This will result in a discount for the person who referred you to us on their next service!  Refer enough folks and you may not have to pay for your next service with us.
